Who is Who in America

The Christopher Award Foundation Awards are annual awards presented by the Christopher Award Foundation for excellence in cuisine, culinary writing, and culinary education in the United States Worldwide. The Awards were established in 1984 and are often called "The Oscars of Food." Held on the first weekend in September, the Awards honor the finest chefs, restaurants, wine professionals, cookbook authors, restaurant designers, and other food professionals in the US/Abroad. The awards are voted on by 20 outside culinary professionals. Recipients receive a custom-made plaque etched with the signature's of excellence. 

Every five years the Christopher Award Foundation / RG International presents Who's Who in American in Food & Beverage a Prestigious honor only reserved for those individuals who exemplify the their craft of Fine American Cuisine.
